Q. What is the minimum licence term and notice period for a private office?

As standard, our minimum licence term is six months, rolling thereafter, and with a three-month notice period. Longer terms are also available.

Q. What are the office access times?

We have two access levels available Monday to Sunday for office-based clients. Our team can advise further.

Q. Do you have reception services?

We don’t have reception services in any of our locations. Our team work across all of our locations and can be available Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 16.30. All offices are fitted with a visual and audio intercom system allowing visitors to easily reach you.

Q. How flexible are office layouts?

As flexible as the rooms allow. We’re happy to help set your office(s) up in a way which best suits the needs of your team.

Q. Do you have meeting room facilities?

Yes, we have meeting room(s) available in each of our locations. We offer a meeting room subscription package which allows your team to book as and when they might need throughout the working week. The monthly cost would be the same each month and is based on the number of employees associated with your office(s).

Q. What’s included?

Standard office furniture (including desks, chairs and storage), WiFi and broadband, kitchen facilities, cleaning, maintenance and utilities.

Q. Are there any additional costs?

Additional costs may include a meeting room subscription package, a small water rates contribution, dedicated bandwidth (if required) and business rates (if applicable). Should you have any specific IT requests, there may be an additional setup or monthly cost involved. Our team can advise further.

Q. How do business rates work?

Business rates are not included within your office rental. The majority of our offices fall below the rateable value threshold with Edinburgh Council. However, we do always recommend double checking, especially if you have other business premises in Scotland or if you are looking at larger office space(s) with us. Q. Are you pet friendly?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of our office buildings (except for assistance dogs).
